I think that the dbg symbols are not packaged correctly because the
retracer failed to find them here:

I think that the problem is that the -dbg package does contain the
symbols file:

libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0.2400.6

But it is missing the symlink for libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0.
