[Bug 912488] [NEW] Turning Bluetooth off turns Wifi off

Public bug reported:

Well,

Whenever I try to turn bluetooth off, the airplane made kick in.
Afterward, I can switch that mode off but it is only after using the
function key on my keyboard... Then and only then my wireless is back up
(with Bluetooth, of course)....

Thank you in advance !
