Public bug reported:

1. I have created a directory having name in Telugu letters as 'వసంతం'
2. That directory name is clearly view-able in any window except the Terminal

Please find the attached screen shots

b) Telugu letters from window - In the window dir names are clear.

Please provide the fix.
