[Bug 918596] [NEW] Epiphany's default start page is an inexistent local file

I've noticed that when loading epiphany, the default page is set to
file:///usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/index.html, which doesn't seem to
exist.

I guess the best thing to do would be to set the start page to
start.ubuntu.com
