system monitor doesn't sort by %cpu

Fix Released
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
after installing ubuntu 8.04 beta, the system monitor is not sorting
the processes properly, neither by %cpu, nor by memory (name seems to
work, status usually works, sometimes doesn't). This happens in both
ascending and descending orders. Besides that, every time a new
process is added, the scrollbar gets crazy, and doesn't show the top
processes any more.
