  empathy does not remember the connection state.

Bug description:
  empathy is not getting updated with internet connection.if i unplug my
  wireless internet device than it dose not know whether internet is
  connected or not.see the screenshot..the net is disconnected but it
  shows all contacts online and don't remember the state of connection.
