[Bug 921860] [NEW] Please use distro-info or lsb-release to determine which version to set in the branding

>From the below changelog, it seems that this is a manual process every
release, this should be dynamically set at build time using distro-info
or lsb-release and substitution
epiphany-browser (3.3.4.1-0ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low
* New upstream release.
* debian/branding.conf.in: Set version to 12.04
* debian/control.in:
- Update build-depends (glib 2.31.2, libsoup-gnome 2.37.1, GTK 3.3.7,
and webkit 1.7.3)
* debian/epiphany-browser-data.gconf-defaults: Dropped, obsolete
* debian/epiphany-browser-data.gsettings-override:
- Drop homepage setting since Epiphany doesn't support it any more
* debian/patches/10_smart_bookmarks: Dropped, obsolete
* debian/watch: Watch for unstable releases
