[Bug 922678] [NEW] System Settings > Appearance theme list lacks existing themes

Public bug reported:

System Settings > Appearance only lists the themes Adwaita, Ambiance,
Radiance, HighContrast and HighContrastInverse. This while Advanced
Settings (Gnome Tweak Tool) also lists Greybird and Raleigh plus any
Gtk+ themes in the user's ~/.themes.

There may be an intentional drop of the themes Greybird and Raleigh
though but at least themes in the user's ~/.themes should be made
selectable in the list.
