[Bug 1370668] [NEW] Lightning 3.3.1.1 for Thunderbird 31.1.1 does not connect to exchange server (NS_ERROR_XPC_CI_RETURNED_FAILURE )

Lightning 3.3.1.1 from xul-ext-lightning for Thunderbird 31.1.1 does not
connect to MS Exchange servers. Error message is
An error was encountered preparing the calendar located at [calendar
address] for use. It will not be available.
