[Bug 1372837] [NEW] System Settings -> Sound cannot find paired bluetooth headset

Public bug reported:

System Settings -> Bluetooth shows that a headset is paired, but System
Settings -> Sound does not show the headset. Nor can any other part of
the sound system find the headset. Bluetooth in general is working
because the system can find and use a paired bluetooth mouse. I would
expect the sound system and any audio applications to be able to find a
paired headset and send audio to it.
