[Bug 1373793] [NEW] Failed to spawn SpamAssassin when moving mail to spam after upgrade to 14.04

Public bug reported:

I've recently upgraded my machine from 12.04 to 14.04 (64 bits).

Current Evolution version is 3.10.4.

Everytime I manually move an email to junk on an IMAP folder I get the
error message: "Failed to spawn SpamAssassin (/usr/bin/sa-learn --spam
--no-sync --local): Failed to execute child process "/usr/bin/sa-learn"
(No such file or directory)"

- In Preferences-Mail-Junk nothing is checked (so spamassassin should be off).
- In the account settings, the "Check new messages for Junk" is also switched off

So it seems Evolution is trying to perform some sort of spam learning even when all the options are turned off!

** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
