I'm not sure what you mean by the following steps from the
SystemSettings Cellular page:

5. Disconnect
6. Leave till the screen blanks
7. Unlock the phone
8. Reconnect the cellular
9. Refresh the browser.

Also can you reproduce this on current images?

We are working on a bug in barajas that deals with NM not always re-
establishing the mobile-data connection when FlightMode is disabled, but
not sure if it's the same thing you describe.

  5. Disconnect
