  Maguro: Network Manager is not reconnecting ofono's gprs connection

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Steps:
  1. Flash the phone with image 91
  2. Open a web browser
  3. Open System settings
  4. Click on cellular
  5. Disconnect
  6. Leave till the screen blanks
  7. Unlock the phone
  8. Reconnect the cellular
  9. Refresh the browser.
