Title:
When booting a device with headphones plugged in, audio actually plays
  through speakers

Status in “pulseaudio” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1) Turn off your device
  2) Plug in headphones
  3) Boot the device
  4) Start playing audio (eg via music-app)
  5) Notice audio is played through the speakers and not the headphones

It was expected that the audio would be played through the headphones.
