Bug description:
  = Impact =
  Adding or removing locations in the preferences dialog doesn't work. This affects only the standalone clock applet (which is not used in the default configuration).

  = Development Fix =
  This patch was applied in 3.8.1 (available in Utopic):

  Fix clock applet preferences
  https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-panel/commit/?id=6fe206c57f372f7466b6a669a816c51b407044f7

  = Stable Fix =
  The patch above is cherry-picked in a proposed update for Trusty.

  = Test Case =
  * Open Clock applet preferences.
  * Try to add new location to the clock applet.
  * It should not crash, and the new locations list should update.
  * Try to remove a location.
  * It should not crash, and the new locations list should update.

  = Regression Potential =
  Minimal regression potential. Does not affect other applets.
