= Impact =
Adding or removing locations in the preferences dialog doesn't work. This affects only the standalone clock applet (which is not used in the default configuration).

These patches were applied in 3.8.1 (available in Utopic):

* Try to add new location to the clock applet.
* It should not crash.

Minimal regression potential, we just add some needed checks to the code. Does not affect other applets.
