  Ctrl + Super + D hides windows but still resizable when cursor over
  border

Bug description:
  If You Press Ctrl + Super + D Shortcut To minimize all windows
  it works but when you move the cursor you will see it change 
  to an arrow for resizing the hidden windows when the cursor
  is in the location of the border of the hidden windows
