Message #76735
[Bug 1383017] [NEW] Frame of header is not saved
Public bug reported:
1)
Description: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
Release: 14.04
2)
libreoffice-writer:
Installiert: 1:4.2.6.3-0ubuntu1
Installationskandidat: 1:4.2.6.3-0ubuntu1
Versionstabelle:
*** 1:4.2.6.3-0ubuntu1 0
500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty-updates/main amd64 Packages
500 http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty-security/main amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
1:4.2.3~rc3-0ubuntu2 0
500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty/main amd64 Packages
3)
Steps to reproduce:
Open a new document. Create a new top line (header) and insert some text. A menu is appearing while the topline is active. There, choose „frames and background“. Create then a line at the bottom of the top line by choosing the right place in the „user-defined“-dialogue. Choose the following settings for the line: Color – Diagram 8 (Although in my experience, colour has no effect. The bug appeared with every colour I chose.); width: 1,00 pt; Style: choose the sixth style from top (This style will only appear, if you choose width = 1,00 pt first.). Then, choose „ok“ and get back to your document. Now, save your document anywhere on your computer. You would expect the document to be just the same when you reopen it later.
4)
The bug appears when re-opening the document: while the text got saved and is still there, the line you created at the bottom of your topline, has disappeared. In my experience, this is associated with the style of the line, because when choosing any other style, the bug won't appear.
** Affects: libreoffice (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
