[Bug 1383809] [NEW] kyocera driver for km C4035E not working

Public bug reported:

The drivers from Kyocera, although they work better than the "standard" drivers, do not work properly. During print jobs printer stalls after printing wat looks like colums of repeting characters.
I was under the impression that my printer was faulty, it looked like a memmory problem.
However after installing the Kyocera KX-driver under windows XP which runs in a virtualbox Iknow this is not the case.
The same 232 page document which could not be printed under ubuntu came out of the printer in no time.
It looks that after using Linux for more than 25 years as my system of choice I will have to switch to Windows.
Chiver, chiver.
Is there any way the KX-driver can be used, eventualy using XP in the virtualbox?

Thanks
