[Bug 1384391] [NEW] Evince Forward button not available after clicking Back

Public bug reported:

For some documents with internal hyperlinks / links, after I click
"back", the "forward" button is grayed out, even though it should be
available to take me to that link again.

1. Click on an internal link in a document.

2. Click "back" to bring me back to the place where I clicked the link.

3. BUG: No "forward" button to follow the link again.

(FYI, I found this when I discovered Bug #1384389, which has to do with internally keeping track of last location visited.)

See Test cases 1, 3, 4 in the attached demo PDF.
