Hello David,
You got point on this. In fact it was the remnants of a realtrek drivers
compilation.
I did delete the snd.ko and did reinstall the whole sound base, then i
have installed the daily dkms.
Everythink back now. Thank you so much for your usefuk remark.

Bug description:
Well, another ubuntu update, another round of fighting to get sound
working. Dual boot to Windows 8 to make sure sound works, so hardware
is fine.
