  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The following SVG files have executable rights but should not have them:
    plugin-swap.svg
    plugin-photo.svg

  Please fix this with chmod a-x
  compiz/compizconfig/ccsm/images/scalable/*.svg or something similar

  Also check the entire tree for executable rights which migt have been
  set incorrectly.
