   uint32 120
   uint32 40
   uint32 0
signal sender=:1.8 -> dest=(null destination) serial=1636 path=/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/Devices/1; interface=org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Device.Modem; member=PropertiesChanged
   array [
      dict entry(
         string "State"
         variant             uint32 120
      )
      dict entry(
         string "StateReason"
         variant             struct {
               uint32 120
               uint32 0
            }
      )
   ]
