[Bug 1393273] [NEW] add --version flag

Public bug reported:

It would be nice to have a --version argument printing the current
version of the application to console and exiting if the program is
invoked with that argument. This should occur before privileges are
evaluated and eventually requested to be gained (gksu, etc.).

ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.10
Package: remmina 1.0.0-6ubuntu1
Uname: Linux 3.12.32-031232-generic x86_64
NonfreeKernelModules: zfs zunicode zavl zcommon znvpair
ApportVersion: 2.14.7-0ubuntu8
Architecture: amd64
CurrentDesktop: Unity
Date: Mon Nov 17 01:20:36 2014
SourcePackage: remmina
UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)

** Affects: remmina (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
