It seems fixed since cups 1.5.3-0ubuntu8.5, no crash until now since the
upgrade

Bug description:
Can not access Server Settings in Printer Configuration. First try
will introduce crash. Next try will generates pop up box with error
message: "The password maybe incorrect"
I realized this problem since using fresh install Kubuntu 12.04.5 x86,
latest update also has this problem. But it's not happen while I
tested Kubuntu 12.04.3 x86.
If running from console:
$ /usr/bin/kcmshell4 system-config-printer-kde

Problem not occured if using root access (sudo).
