[Bug 1396806] [NEW] Images to video, skipping images

Public bug reported:

In the man page for avconv, it says...

For creating a video from many images:

                   avconv -f image2 -i foo-%03d.jpeg -r 12 -s WxH
foo.avi

But this creates a video file where most of the images are skipped over. Only one out of every 8-10 frames are used.

** Affects: libav (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
