[Bug 1397684] [NEW] Webapps do not install from browser and open a blank page after manual installation

Public bug reported:

Webapps fail to install using the popup window in Firefox.

When installed manually using apt-get, the webapps opens a blank page
when launched.

example for the Twitter webapp when launched from terminal:

unity-webapps-runner -n 'VHdpdHRlcg==' -d 'twitter.com' %u
