  Title bars vanish during wall slides

Bug description:
  In utopic I can see titlebars vanish for the brief moment during wall
  slides.

  Test case:
    1. Enable workspaces
    2. Ctrl+Alt+arrows
    3. Look closely and you will see during the slide animation the portion of wallpaper underneath a window's title bar is visible during the slide.

  It's so brief most people don't notice. But you can see it more dramatically using:
     CCSM > Composite > Slow Animations
