[Bug 1400189] [NEW] Rhythmbox won't recognize an audio CD

Public bug reported:

I have recently just imported songs from an audio CD to my Ubuntu 14.10 PC just fine using the FLAC audio format, wait until it's done, remove the disc. I have to leave the house for a minute to pick up something, come back, unlock my lockscreen which Rhythmbox is still on in the background but in an idle state since I was not using it after that first import, and I get ready for round two of importing a disc... A completely different disc. This time, I pop in the new disc, my computer notices a disc but doesn't ask me what to do. I look at my currently open Rhythmbox window to quickly find out it has no information about an audio CD I just popped in. After some tinkering in my file manager, I click the disc label , multiple times before my PC will even ask me what to do (which is not the settings it's supposed to be on), leading me to file this bug report. I ask it to open the new disc in Rhythmbox, the app temporarily opens, then force-closes.
I just feel like Rhythmbox isn't stable enough for everyday users, which is a shame.
