[Bug 1402455] [NEW] package libreoffice-java-common 1:4.2.7-0ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: package libreoffice-java-common is not ready for configuration cannot configure (current status `half-installed')

Public bug reported:

Tried to install zope web server to see what it was like.
Install failed, this was the message.
package libreoffice-java-common 1:4.2.7-0ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: package libreoffice-java-common is not ready for configuration cannot configure (current status `half-installed')

I will run the software update on my system and see if that helps.
