[Bug 1404863] [NEW] Mouse pointer jumpy on Lenovo U430 touch laptop

Like in bug #1042069, I encounter a mouse pointer which does not move
smoothly, but this time on a Lenovo U430 touch laptop (with 1920x1080
screen resolution). It jumps at irregular intervals and makes it very
hard to resize windows. I'm using KDE.
