[Bug 1405382] [NEW] no color if using "print Quality" = "High resolution Photo"

Public bug reported:

If I'm chosing the option "print Quality" = "High resolution Photo" in
the print dialoge (accessed from pdf-Viewer), only black color is used
for printing. The option "Normal Color" is working well.

other options in the dialog, which I was using (and probably important
for the bug):

papertype = photo paper
installed cartridges = black and TriColor
printerprofile = (no profile selected)

Systeminformations:

Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
Linux version 3.16.1-031601-generic
Printer: hp deskjet F375

** Affects: hplip (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
