Message #90735
[Bug 1405597] [NEW] nvidia-331 331.113-0ubuntu0.0.4: nvidia-331 kernel module failed to build
Public bug reported:
kernel update with nvidia drivers, boom...
just did update-manager and then aptitude to try to find tcl/tk package,
synaptic has old value set and crashes,
so something in the nvidia/ kernel binaries not allowing update?
had conflicts with apache2-bin, but mucking with those didn't help...
so base package problem?
I can kill the nvidia, not positive why I'm running, just available, maybe broadcom drivers need it?
not a fps / high video driver needed gamer (solitiares of various mahjongg types),, so not really need nvidia
bad closed source stuff?
not playing well with others?
