Bug description:
  The "Keep Aligned" and "Organize Desktop by Name" function work
  abnormal.

  保持对齐和按名称整理桌面的功能不正常

  Steps:
  1. Follow the system default setting, check the application in desktop 
  2. Right click at desktop, chose "Organize Desktop by Name" --> Application icon at top left of screen
  3. Right click at desktop,  chose "Keep Aligned" --> Application icon move to right
  4. Right click at desktop,  chose  "Organize Desktop by Name" 
  5. Un-select "Keep Aligned", chose  "Organize Desktop by Name" --> Application icon move to left

  Configuration:
  PC: Dell Vostro
  OS: Ubuntu Kylin 1410 Daily Build 20141016
