[Bug 730770] [NEW] Persian characters in FreeSerif not connecting right

Binary package hint: ttf-freefont

There are certain characters which are exclusive to Persian and not
available in Arabic (پ ژ گ چ). They should connect to next character
like other arabic and persian characters, but they don't. This works
correctly in FreeSans, but not in FreeSerif.
