[Bug 1411434] [NEW] cupsd arguments don't allow retrieval of information about reason for termination

Public bug reported:

Invoking `/usr/sbin/cupsd -f` simply prints ~`Terminated`[1]. Assuming
there's no output about the reason at all (i.e. neither to stdout or
stderr nor to configured logging facilities) I'd suggest to provide it -
it's overkill to dive into the manual to figure out why the process was
killed - and assuming the reason is logged somewhere, it'd be nice to
have a switch (e.g. `--debug-stdout`) to log to stdout regardless of
which logging facility is configured in the configuration files.
