Message #96636
[Bug 1414393] [NEW] Can't open file with command line application
Public bug reported:
I want to open PDF files with xpdf, but xpdf is not listed in the list
of applications and I can't add it.
I want to open video files with mplayer but mplayer is not listed in the
list of applications and I can't add it.
I want to be able to associate file types with arbitrary commands, and
not just the ones nautilus is aware of.
I can do this in other operating systems and I could do it in previous
versions of nautilus.
