Regarding More information on Unique-ID for NBITS

Dear Sir/Mam,
                 As we know that NBITS is having a unique-ID for Mother
health and Child health program for beneficiary's, There are some urgent
queries regarding to that?
1.Do all State are having a different ID's. if it has what is the procedure
that state follows to create these ID's.
2.What the other identification details are used by different state to
recognize the beneficiary.
3.If all states are using different UID's then what will be the common UID.
4.The UID's which will be used in Nagaland and Himanchal for name based.
