Status in DHIS Mobile: New

Bug description:
If the checkbox is the last element of a program stage form, then the COMPLETE button goes to the menu on the Nokia S40 phones. This is a different behavior and confuses the users. The COMPLETE button should always be on the CENTER soft-key for the mobile application. In Birth detail form check box hiding the complete button, for completing the activity you have to move upward.
