While working with sections in mobile I found that section works fine
when we store the value first time but when we try to see the same
report then section won't work all element comes in a row with a un
editable view. As I worked in punjab for mobile application and found
that the user must have the privilege to edit the report cause many
times it happens that they enters a wrong data(Human error) and they
want to edit it.
