  DHIS 2 Mobile Aggregate Reporter don't display custom form or section
  form

Bug description:
  while data entry with DHIS 2 Mobile Aggregate Reporter here is a issue. custom data entry form which is designed are not display during entry using J2ME and section form also not display. only default form display with having a problem- "Grey field accept data".
  plz solve it
