OK thanks.  I missed that you specified DHIS 1.4.  I haven't seen a
DHIS1.4 export file.  Can you send me a sample?

I've had a frustrating week working on security policy guidelines for
HISP India.  Hopefully the effort will be worthwhile and we will share
best practice guidelines on the wiki.  Like preaching abstinence to
sex workers.  Its been keeping me from what I really want to be doing.

Anyway I'm back on to the dhis2-lite program today.  Battling with
maven has not been fun been I'm determined to conquer the "maven way".
 I've also discovered that if I want to have really nice status
monitoring of jetty loading up its context I have to use at least
version 6.1.12 (http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JETTY-686).  Then the
idea is to use some nice animated tray icon which changes as the
status changes.

I'm still not sure if the best approach is to run it from completely
packed jar or to unpack the webapp first.  On slow machines this
unpacking affects start up time which is already something we want to
optimize.  On the other hand having the war as a resource in the
executable jar is very neat.

Then (eventually) I do want to get back round to the data
import/export format and possibly enhancing (not breaking) the data
api with some extra methods.  We will discuss this further.  Can't see
me getting there till next week.
