Hi all, some feedback would be much appreciated on the following document:

It's expanding the answer we have on launchpad, and I hope it will be
sufficient for all those who are not familiar with the DHIS structure,
database management, and SQL queries. Made it primarily because we need it
in Sierra Leone, but hope it will be useful for others too.
