These instructions are very fine. Existing report tables will work, but note
that there are new features like having data elements, indicators, data sets
in the same table, sorting, limiting, none or all crosstab dimensions
available so you might want to have a fresh look at it. Regarding existing
report designs it is possible to get them to work by modifying the XML but
it is probably a lot easier to create new ones, especially since you can
start off with a template like devised above.
