Hi again everbody

I have added support for changing language directly in the mobile
interface now, so more than ever it is important that we get
translations.

vn? in? (updated) fr? sw? spa? por? any takers? it should not be a lot
of work, and it will make the mobile interface soo much more useful.

Strings are now:
DHIS_2 = DHIS 2
menu = Menu
home = Home
navigate_to = Navigate to
reports = Reports
charts = Charts
documents = Documents
dashboard = Dashboard (beta)
dashboard_reports = Dashboard reports
