Steps to error on apps.dhis2.org/dev:

- Find one person
- Come to person dashboard, click enroll
- Select program name "TB Program"
- Choose "Start of treatment date", system only allows to choose today or before today. Then I chose a day before today
- Enter TB number
- Click enroll:
