Test this on a database without any org units.

- Go to org unit module

- Go to org units

- Look in javascript console where it says "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot
read property '0' of undefined jquery.tablesorter.min.js?_rev=16410:4".

> This prevents the top menu Apps icon to load.

Possible fixes is to upgrade the jquery tablesorter plugin, and to
investigate why this happens here and not in other places with empty
lists of objects.
