Individual record attributes is showing in reports for all users dhis2 2.19

Dear All,

Individual tracking records like PLHIV Aids tracker. All personal
attributes is showing in Event reports for all user. It is a big security
issue.

Only User Authentication wise personal attributes showing is required.

Please take care about this issue.
