Thanks Abyot for the quick response.

We will wait for Long on A as you say its on the program side ability to
enrol through SMS

On B its clear SMSes are not yet supported and I though this was being able
to send SMS through the tracked entity dashboard and displaying sent SMSes
in the report.

So even scheduled SMSes are not supported yet? We have scheduled a number
of messages at enrolment, and days before schedule
1. At the program enrolment. For successful enrolment, this one is sent out

2. At program stage; these are never sent out
