1) Please add the full address in the CORS whitelist,  

2) Its better to download the plugins and attach those from local folder.

DHIS.getChart({ crossDomain: true, username: 'view', password: 'DGHS1234', uid: 'oSNtDZNZGIp', el: 'chartA1', url: base });5) We have created a reporting server where all the live data sync everyday in one instance of DHIS2. We have hosted the portal in the same reporting server.
